Celebrate the holiday of Sukkot with Lubavitcher Yeshiva Academy (LYA). Sukkot is the festival of booths that is celebrated by eating outside in a temporary hut. 

Join LYA for Mad Science for Sounds Like Science. Make waves and make some noise in this fun and funky show that explores the science behind sound! The Mad Scientist will create a crazy cacophony with a garbage can, a swinging sound tube, and a metal pipe! Children will cheer as pickles glow and potatoes pop! There is even a kid-created thunder storm!

A pasta and meat sauce dinner will be served in the LYA Sukkah. There will be vegan and gluten free options. Cost to attend is $6.00 a child (11 and under), $10.00 an adult and a family rate of $35. Proceeds of the dinner will benefit LYA Israel Experience 2027. RSVP to the school at 567-8665 or info@lya.org. 

There is no charge for Science in the Sukkah.
